Shipping Out to You - Important Please Read : When we receive your order we will contact you to arrange / confirm delivery. Providing we have confirmation that you will be available to take delivery on the next working day then orders received and paid for before 10.00 am will normally be shipped that afternoon for next working day courier delivery, except on Fridays and weekends, Note this means orders after 10.00 am on Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. If we are unable to confirm that you will be available we reserve the right to hold delivery until we have a confirmed day from you. Our Couriers Will Not Normally Leave your Mirror unless there is someone there to sign for it. We need 4 clear working days to clear cheque payment before shipping.

On receipt of your mirror please open and check the mirror the day you receive this. In the very unlikely event it is damaged (2 instances in the last 6 months) please take a picture of the mirror and packaging and email these straight away. If you leave it more than 24 hours the couriers may deny any responsibility for the damage.

We use PayPal for online sales processing - this is quick and secure - and you don't need a PayPal Account to use this, just a Debit or Credit Card. Only available to UK mainland.

We will send you back an invoice which includes all terms and conditions for cheque payment or which links direct to secure online payment using a credit or debit card through Paypal. Delivery : We use a National Next Day Courier Company for deliveries of all mirrors which costs £9.85 as a basic shipping cost to the UK including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. To simplify shipping and give you the best value we have fixed price bands for shipping cost based on the total purchase value, this is added to your order at the checkout if buying online.

Reduce Delivery Costs; For a shipping price of £15.85 we can deliver 2 Large mirrors to the same address. As an example the basic shipping price of £15.85 covers 2 of the Large Stable Mirrors. Terms and Conditions.

• Mirrors are brand new and in perfect condition when shipped out to you. In the unlikely event of any damage during shipping the Couriers we use carry an insurance policy but under the Terms of this damage caused during shipping Must be Notified within 2 days of Delivery. It is your responsibility to check the mirror on receipt to ensure it is undamaged. If a mirror is damaged during shipping and notified within 48 hours it will be replaced free of charge - we cannot accept responsibility for damage which is notified outside of that timescale.
• Should you be unsatisfied with your mirror or change your mind about purhase we will refund the cost of this (less shipping costs) upon return to us at your cost and in an unmarked and new condition. You have up to 7 days from the day after receipt to notify us that you wish to return the mirror and must then do so within 7 days of that date at your cost.
• We cannot take any responsibility for mirrors which are damaged through incorrect fitting - please read the fitting instructions carefully. These are available here online and also supplied with each mirror.
